Why was KIDSBIT born? Its challenge is to design and promote educational and
cultural experiences dedicated to contemporary children. Kidsbit is one of the first events in Europe to develop
installations, artworks and workshops by international artists and performers with the aim of creating
unique moments of fun and discovery.
Since its inception in 2016, KIDSBIT has involved 6.000 children who have
experimented with advanced tools and languages, augmented by digital technologies, through workshops
coding, robotics, 3D printing, videomapping, interactive installations, games, parties and shows.
KIDSBIT FESTIVAL is a project of DENSA social cooperative and Antica Proietteria
DENSA in collaboration with companies, third sector organisations, institutions, foundations and schools co-
designs and realises ‘anti-disciplinary’ learning spaces in which the encounter between Art, Design,
Technology and Creativity encourages the development of personal skills in children and adults,
cultural, social and active citizenship skills.
Antica Proietteria enlightes, devising creative content related to the world of video projection
